• After prepayment of the deposit, if you do not move in and do not inform you before 7 o'clock in the evening of the stay of the day, you will be considered as giving up, and the deposit will not be refunded.
• In order to maintain the quality of accommodation, please stay in according to the number of people in the room. If you need an extra bed, please inform in advance. The extra bed fee is not divided into $1000 per person on holidays and Chinese New Year. There is a maximum of one extra bed per room. If the number of people exceeds, the property has the right to refuse to stay.
• The extra bed is a single-person floor with silicone cushion, not a box-spring bed. In order to maintain the quality of accommodation, no extra bed service is provided for the eight-person room.
• The room is equipped with quilt, and no quilt service is provided. If there is an additional quilt request, 300 yuan/piece will be charged as a cleaning fee (the quantity is limited, subject to the situation on the day).
• If it is not a special situation, please do not change the date and adjust the room that has been finalized, so as not to affect the rights of the operator and others.
• Sunday to Thursday are weekday rates; Friday, Saturday, consecutive holidays, national holidays and eves are holiday rates; during the Chinese New Year period, they are fixed prices.

When the guest needs to cancel the reservation for some reason, the following "Regulations of the Tourism Bureau" shall apply:

• Passengers who arrive before the 14th day of the scheduled accommodation date may request Party B to refund 100% of the deposit paid.
• Passengers who arrive 10 to 13 days before the scheduled accommodation date may request Party B to refund 70% of the deposit paid.
• Passengers who arrive seven to nine days prior to the scheduled accommodation date may request Party B to refund 50% of the deposit paid.
• Passengers who arrive four to six days prior to the scheduled accommodation date may request Party B to refund 40% of the deposit paid.
• Passengers who arrive two to three days before the scheduled accommodation date may request Party B to refund 30% of the deposit paid.
• Passengers who arrive one day before the scheduled accommodation date may request Party B to refund 20% of the deposit paid.
• If the passenger's cancellation notice arrives on the day of the scheduled accommodation or the notice is delayed, Party B shall not refund the entire deposit paid by Party A.
